John Howard New Town Duathlon





Ran the John Howard New Town Duathlon. It was a chilly day - raining with a few flurries. 1.7 mile run, 18 mile bike, 1.7 mile run. Finished 11th overall and 2nd in my age group. Time: 1:20:20.773
